We do not spend much time in Louisiana. The only place we come to is Abita Springs RV Park, one of our OCP resorts in Abita Springs. Abita Springs is a quaint little town with a small park, a few restaurants, the Abita Mystery Museum, and the Tammany Trace Trail, a biking and walking trail which runs east to Covington and south to Slidell.  Abita Springs is also home to Abita Beer, and we have visited their brewery a few times. They serve some very good beer.

We did travel east during 2021, but did not visit anything new. The only reason I took pictures of the prehistoric park is because it is attached to Cajun Palms RV Park in Breaux Bridge where we stayed one night. We were way in the back of the park, we could hear the roars of the animals from the prehistoric park during the day. Lucy and I took a walk one morning before they opened along the trail that has all the exhibits.
