We did not spend much time in Wyoming on our way to West Yellowstone, but since we will be driving into Yellowstone National Park, we will be back in Wyoming a lot. Our other trips will be in Montana to view the sights.

We spent a couple of days in Sundance, Wyoming, the city where "The Sundance Kid" got his name. He spent a few days in the Sundance jail, and then was allowed to go free.  We visited the museum of Crook County and also Devil's Tower National Monument. The above picture is Jim sitting with The Sundance Kid.

Our next trip to Wyoming in 2018 took us to Grand Teton National Park, and then Cody. While in Cody, we visited the Buffalo Bill Cody Museum.

Gamblers, Gunmen & Gun-Toting Ladies of the 1800s (these people lived in different states in the American West, but I am putting them in Wyoming as that is where I found most of this information) ~~ October 2018

Our summer vacation of 2025 has brought us back to Cody, Wyoming. The last time we were here to see the gun collection at the William F. Cody Museum it was closed for reconstruction. So now we are here again to see the firearms collection. We did not get to see much of the History Museum because we wanted to see the Raptor Exhibit at 3pm. We headed outside by Jade, the Bald Eagle they rescued, and then sat to watch the exhibit. I took a few pictures of the raptors demonstration, and I put them in Our Travels for 2025.
