We started our full time adventure in May 2012 when we left Georgia and headed north to Minnesota and our first workamping position at St. Croix Haven Campground in Hinkley, Minnesota. We stayed there until October when we left as we were also working at Amazon in Campbellsville, Kentucky that winter. Throughout the summer, we visited Wisconsin and Minnesota. We were only about 5 miles across the border from Wisconsin, so some of the entries here will be from Wisconsin as well. Jerry, the owner of St. Croix Haven sold the campground to Travel Resorts of America and it is now a Coast to Coast Campground. In August we were about to head to the store when Lucy decided to go after a chipmunk. She does this bouncy step and when she went into the brush pile next to the trailer she got impaled by a stick in her inner thigh. You can read about her adventure below.
